Movie analysis #2 - Euphoria (Lighting and emotional atmosphere)

 

From Euphoria, I focused mostly on the lighting style. The show uses cold tones, soft blues, and dim, moody light to express emotional tension and isolation. 

 

This inspired me to experiment with cooler lighting in certain scenes of my project, especially moments meant to feel distant or uncomfortable. The use of shadows and color really helps build an emotional atmosphere, and I tried to adapt that to match the themes of loneliness and social pressure.
