Target audience
With this film project I am targeting teenagers and young adults who are navigating a world where identity, popularity, and personal boundaries are increasingly shaped by social media. The target audience is made up of viewers who recognize the emotional weight of online exposure, the constant pressure to curate a public image, maintain status, and protect one’s private life in an environment where everything can be watched, shared, and judged.
Themes such as stalking, loss of control, digital surveillance, and social hierarchy are central to the story, reflecting real social issues that resonate strongly with this generation. The narrative explores how power operates within teenage social circles and how quickly admiration can turn into obsession or cruelty when filtered through screens and anonymity.
These ideas are particularly relevant to young viewers who have grown up with social media as an extension of their social lives, rather than a separate space. The film is also aimed at fans of teen-focused social commentaries, especially series like Euphoria, which combine stylish visuals with raw, uncomfortable truths about youth culture. Viewers who appreciate emotionally intense storytelling, morally complex characters, and a darker, more realistic portrayal of adolescence will find this project engaging.
By blending dramatic tension with social critique, the project positions itself as both a compelling narrative and a reflection on contemporary teenage life, inviting its audience to question the cost of visibility, popularity, and digital power in today’s society.
